This is one of the first projects I worked on while I was working for myself under BlooMoon Architecture. I did all of the measurements and sketches for the as-built plans. The client wanted to open up the first-floor plan and create a more inviting basement. Below are the as-built plans, as well as some before and after photos of the house.
