This townhome community consists of 3- and 4-story townhouses and 2-over-2s I worked on at KTGY, located in Montgomery County, MD. I was involved in the design development phase. I worked on all of the Elevation renders, as well as DD set redlines as the client requested changes. Below is a comparison of changes made to each Elevation submitted to the country for approval.
